Data collected

RMDCGames MC collects the data necessary to provide the service: customer identity and contact details, billing data, and connection data (timestamp, source IP address, account identifier) related to server usage.

Retention period

Connection data is retained for 1 year, in accordance with the legal retention obligation applicable to hosting providers, with restricted and logged access. Other data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived or deleted according to applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis

Data processing is based, depending on the case, on contract performance, a legal obligation, or RMDCGames MC's legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).

Analytics

The marketing site measures its traffic with Plausible Analytics, the only analytics tool in use. It is hosted by RMDCGames MC on its own infrastructure: traffic data is never passed on to a third party, never used for advertising, and never cross-referenced with other processing.

It sets no cookies and does not follow visitors across sites: what is recorded is the page viewed, the referring page or campaign, the country, the device type and the browser, along with clicks on the site's main buttons. No individual profile is built and no IP address is retained.

This processing relies on RMDCGames MC's legitimate interest in understanding how its site is used, and falls under the consent exemption the CNIL grants to analytics strictly necessary for operating and administering the site.

Processors

Some processing may be entrusted to third-party processors (payment gateway, transactional email relay, anti-DDoS protection). A data processing agreement (DPA) will be signed with each one before any commercial launch.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, as well as a right to object in cases provided for by law. These requests can be sent to contact@rmdc.cloud and will be handled within one month.

Data breach

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be informed as soon as possible, in accordance with the 72-hour notification obligation to the competent authority.
