Service level agreement (SLA)

Scope

This commitment covers the availability of the Minecraft connection proxy and the management panel. It does not cover the availability of any plugin, mod, or third-party content installed by the customer on their own server.

Measurement

Availability is measured and published in real time on our status page, hosted independently from our main infrastructure.

Target

Numeric availability target and associated compensation: pending. This figure will be published once a real availability history has been measured over several months — announcing a target now would mean making a contractual commitment with no data to back it.

Planned maintenance

Planned maintenance operations are announced in advance on Discord and on the status page, outside peak hours whenever possible.
